This new position will assist a cross-functional team working on the development, upkeep, and support of an application on behalf of our Client. The main focus of this position will be on producing technical documentation, process descriptions, user acceptability test materials, etc. You will also have the option to collaborate with ICF stakeholders in this role to create standards for our business.
